Not recommended at all they have lots of cons there You will regret working with them Never on time salary and very high target and each month higher Owners and top management dealing with team so bad as they talk rude to you they are not paying therapist overtime if they work extra and if you want to leave they will try to couse problems

Very stressful work place not due to workloads but they made you to beg for your salary.. The management were very demanding to the staff..And they made their hairstylist like a baby so in the end the low position had nothing to do. Don't ever come to this company.

This company is one of the worst and not even bothering to come over to meet all the complaint in twafouq and not giving the settlement for almost 3months. Salary is always late. Accommodation is no electricity. Management is like a robot hr is not acting as HR. Not helpful at all.this kind of company should be close as this is one of the toxic of Dubai.

You come to do nails but they call you animals becuase you can not sell products for them. You get very late salary. They keep your paper so they know how to make you do things that are not your specialty. Warning!!! Dont ever come and work here. You will regret deeply, everyday in your life will be a stresful day and you wonder how you can get our of here.

Terrible Culture

Owner creates the most awful work culture by having every person fearing they will lose their job tomorrow. He is rude sexist a complete narcissistic chauvinist. This means certain managers get away with treating staff how they want. In situations whoever speaks first is believed. The politics is toxoc and ruinibg a potentially good business. Customer care is non existant its just take as much money from them as possible

Bad experience

Very unprofessional. Management does not know what is actually going on. Auditors are horrendous. They will make problems when you leave, not give your passport back. Push for sales and customers do not want to come back.

the best thing is there is always training and knowledge regarding products and I have learned something new regarding the staff schedule & requests by using HR Live the management are great but need more development especially about communications it's a nice and lovely place as a workplace culture where you can get more knowledge from others the hard part of the job is the one regard to the services where you need to upgrade the service for more profitability / increasing sales here where the hard part that require ability and experience to do it but the most enjoyable part of the job is when you upgrade the service and sell more items along with the service

A very on the go nerve wrecking atmosphere

a day at work is very productive and includes overlooking all aspects of operations. management is very work oriented and does not give credits for a good job. There is no work and life balance at all. The most enjoyable is the mindset you have toward the job on any given day.
