Old technology makes your job stressful.

Very stressful environment. They watch you under a microscope. You have to worry about feedback surveys left by Members you've helped, as well as watching talk/hold time, break times. The main banking systems used are ancient, and cause a lot of problems including transactional errors and not being able to login to other crucial portals. Then you have the callers who need to reset passwords and this could take 2 hours sometimes.




8 hours a day talking to people and dealing with annoying background noise.
