At this time moment we r under merging with other bank
To reduce the salary of the employee instead of kicking them out politely because one day they will again re-hire new people without experience in the bank (in order to reduce the expenses) as all of the employees have some obligations towards their families and unfortunately it is a difficult time to find a new job anywhere in the world.
Clean-up the corruption inside the bank
The organization is in merger process under new management with new policies and rules. The entire organization structure is undergoing a major transition. Hence no comments since the group decision is being applied for cost savings.
