I feel proud to be part of Mott Macdonald, even though my duty is highly busy but i enjoy the work environment.

Working with Mott Macdonald is a chance to build career.Its an identity for every employee of the company. HR services are very nice and you can get benefits just one click away.

Non productive

The company has good reputation but unfortunately there were obvious technical and financial mistakes in my project with the contractor and my direct managers were against me and terminated me and I had a case against the company in labor court and I won and got very good compensation.

Flexible work culture; Regular learning and personal enhancement is encouraged.

Everyone is responsible for their work. Very flexible, can be work from home. There are plenty of materials for learning and certificate is provided. Non earning staff ratio is very high; hence man-hour rate is high.

Nice challenging working place

Nice working place , but too much south indian, so constant clashes , but also over come the opposition. Engineering manager sent me to offshore in critical loss of production time to teach a lesson , on the contractor y I became victorious and got promotion in Mott and Huge appreciation letter from client for OFFSHORE COMMISSIONING.

My overall review

Provides good project and expertise access. However, the salary is not as high as it should be and it is difficult to grow as the system of promotions within the company is not defined.

Productive fast tracking job , independent decision acceptance , Performance recognization.

Good Company to work. Very nice assessment of performance. Performance helped increase salary which was unusual and frankly speaking to some extent unexpected ( doesn't expect anything like that in present market scenario)

The pay packet may not be big enough, but who cares? The work culture is super. Job satisfaction is present in buckets. International exposure. Great colleagues from all ethnicities.

Not much organized

It better place to short period but no long period. Also no Job security and at present no much jobs with the company. Working hours 8 hrs per day and 6 days per week totaling 48 hrs per week.

Company's forget the human factor

A very repetitive day with little to no new activities, management only care about getting your time card signed and submitted on time. I cannot say to much about my mates, some good and some wellllll.

Challenging and highly enjoyable part of my career on Project Management. I could recommend to anybody on whatever discipline he has. Co-workers are all supportive and I enjoy working with them of different nationalities.
