I was lucky to have a very supportive manager during my stay at the hospital. I didn't feel that much pressure because there is teamwork in our department. I was able to practice my clinical skills really well since we didn't only focus on dispensing but also in compounding.

Less pay, more work.The colleagues are great, management are so-so. They are paying less but expecting their staff to work more. If you can fine another place to work., I suggest you to do so.

There is so much politics and mono poly in Laboratory of Medcare women & child hosp. I am totally dis agree with lab Atmosphere,Filipino & Malbari are ruler of lab.they don't give chance to enter others. they are always pulling legs of others and increase there numbers. that is a professional place, there atmosphere should be like professional.

Hospital Great - DM Healthcare management terrible

Ok place to work but the salary and benefits are terrible and the Very senior management (out of the hospital) care about money and profit not staff - very sad as daily getting worse. Nurses get double salary in ALL other hospitals in Dubai - except Aster which is even worse.
