Very stressful . Less salary, no week off.Micromanage is bad, Management care very less of their staff. Customers are condescending and entitled to a fault.

Overworked and weekly off is cancelled all the time

There is only 2 good thing in this company and the rest is bad.
Super strict, form time to time they are checking cctv and they installed microphone for some stores. Their policy is always changing and no proper documentation of it. Being a trainee takes more than 1 year and worst 2 years. The salary is not fair for the workload we are doing. This is how they overworked us DHA Pharmacist they would let to work for straight 18 hours just because they cannot give extra staff it happens to many stores it's crazy and staffs cannot get their regular off until 2-3 weeks sometimes 1 month we are working straight. In the end they are blaming us coz we cannot hit our target.
2 good thing. At least our salary is on time, no problem and somehow we are learning product knowledge.

The people and it's management does not have any respect over your humanity. they will let you feel worse than a slave. you will loose your self respect and everything you have.
DO NOT EVER ATTEMPT TO WORK WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOURSELF SANE.
ATTITUDE OF EVERYONE INCLUDING THE MANAGEMENT ARE THE WORST AMONG THE WORST!!!
the management will offer many things, but they will not execute any one them.
They don't know how to manage and motivate staff. very worst working environment. HR department is very very bad
Simply they are trying to cut off the salary and benefits without proper justification and reason
