experience was so far from profissionalism

lack of support for professional development, which made it difficult for employees to enhance their skills and contribute more effectively to the team. The work-life balance was also challenging, with inconsistent scheduling and last-minute changes that disrupted personal plans

Challenging , exciting , loved working there . But not for women with babies. Not that it’s impossible, but often your mental peace gets affected .

I enjoyed working there as I love challenges. I joined there as I had no option but life pharmacy (I didnot have DHA by then), but once I joined starting liking the work ,enjoyed interacting with customers , loved trying to finish given target. Most happiest thing for me was I started loving knowing new information about medicines , I felt blessed when customers come back to me and say the drug I gave them as OTC worked really good for them . My husband is also in sales field ,he comes late at night .so it was difficult for us to find a baby sitter who could look after our kid till 12-1am .

Pros

Except cons (mentioned below ) I enjoyed working in life pharmacy .

Cons

Keep on transferring stores, and timing was affecting my personal life as I had baby . If you don’t have a baby, then without any issues you can work .

Bad experience

Worst company. They cut my salary of last month because i had to leave the company due to health issues. Worst management. Cuts payment even you are 1 min late for job. Had very bad experience at work. Had to stand whole 9 hours. No proper break time. Sometimes you wont get weekoff also.

Cons

Long hours

Very stressful

Very bad work culture, The management takes its employees very much granted. They treat you like a labour work. Wouldn’t recommend any good soul working there unless you are really out of choice. Worst management

The worst work environment ever

Illegal employment practices. Worst work ethics. Will not commit to a secure employment - micromanagement at its worst - Will track your time out even if you step down. DO NOT WORK HERE!

Cons

long hours, micromanagement, no work/life balance, no friendly faces
