no social life
typical day at work, will be having consistent calls from line manager about sales figures and calls from pharmacies to take products from us. Team huddles, learning sessions with the trainees, and serving customers. Learned a lot from medicines, to dealing with unhappy customers management, if they like you then you are safe and happy... will get their 100% support for anything you need... including sale making staffs. hardest part... no work life balance.most enjoyable part is serving customers or making sure their concerns are solved... spending time with the trainees. Protective ,fun,knowledge its the best platform to learn
Its the best place to learn but there is no feature because area managers are deciding who will be in there team there is no HR and no management to take to take action I have serve more than 4 years but still they remove me because depeauty manager we a bad language and I took a stand go my self and they terminated me that y I took a stand for my self area manager have the complete right to use any bad languagePharmacist in Sharjah
