I love my company and the management

Where there is pain there is gain I meant to say that the more you consentrate on your job the more benefit for you in future for example incentive, increment etc etc so complete the job given to you on time then no body can question you

Its average . U just spend ur time here, but dont learn anything worthwhile.

Its ok for an experience. Its not great though. But u need to work somewhere to keep the inflow of money . The cultural of the company is poor. There is nothing to lookup to.

More thinking and less action. Keep making reports but hardly use those reports to make any improvements.

Ok. Like a govt job in India. Dont expect salary hike or growth through performance. it's all about keeping your boss in your good books. Be ready to work work and work and at the end of it you get very less salary.

Overall is a good place to work.

I have had very good experience working in landmark group. In the beginning it was easy to maintain the work life balance but later on it became very difficult to get time for myself.

Poor managment

I don't understand why they try to hire skilled candidates with good educational backgrounds from reputed institutes. Education of upper management is limited to only Bachelor's and their technology skills are limited and are not updated to a bit. In case you try to bring something new on table, game of egos come into play and then comes humilation. The higher managemnt has a tendency to demean and humilate these skilled workforce. The work eñviroment is filled with dirty politics and nothing else. It is 2021, and they are still using age old legacy tools and technology. The unprofessional behaviour goes deep down throughout from senior stagnant workers to managers. Shouting and using foul language is something common.

No sense of Job security.Dominated by egoistic managers who do not know what ther are doing

Waste of time in joining this company..managers are worthless..cannot see employees growing ..no sense of job security. Fires people at will in order to cut costs..low salary.

It's a good place to work nice environment

Still need to improve in the management level to frontline staff . Salary should be competitive to other competitive companies and give more importance to frontline staff for engaging with them and understand their problems

Because of management changes company strategy is completely changed

Previously company strategy was pleasantful and focused on business and employees growth, current situation from last four years due to corporate management changes company strategy has been changed and planning only for cost savings, hence quality issue at product level. Also there is no job security for employees and pay cut as well. And part of it Happiness program, beat diabetes are only for formalities and for the sake of outside viewers.Top Management employees are doing politics and there is no recognise for truthful employees. As an final comment, in current scenario Landmark Group is not good place to work.

A fast paced and challenging work environment. The management invests on their employee training and promote growth. The most enjoyable part of the job was the guest leaving satisfied.

Worst Management

The worst management ever faced specially in HR..Giving hard time to staffs.Doesnot care and appreciate operation staffs..Even there is the solution,.dont like to help the staffs specially during this hard time. When i resign, i found out real worst management and realize i did the best decision of resignation..The 5 years certificate was given in normal paper even not with lamination..So cheap!!

Toxic and very Insecure Leadership

The Leadership forced employees to resign to avoid media backlash and laid off thousands of people randomly. Also Leadership is too insecure to face its own employees. Typically speaks about the narrow mentality of the management
