It's a great place to work

I would recommend anyone who wants to have a better work to settle for work to try landmark group it's a centre for professionalism.The work culture is better than any other place I have seen so far

In Landmarkgroup there is no stability for your job position

I was hired as a Sales Associate but within a year the management pushed me to work in a Backstore duty I was not physically so strong to lift heavy weight or perform laborious duty. They didn't inform me or even ask me whether I'm OK with working In Backstore or not. There are a lots of politics going inside the company. People are hired and made a scapegoat to work in a position against their choice. Im tired of working in this company. If I knew before that my job will be as a Backstore store staff, I swear to God that I will never ever apply. My suggestion to the Management of this company is to please fear God and not to take advantage of poor people's situation.

I worked for land mark and for sure it was productive. I would recommend people to work there

Working at land moral was alot of help to me.I got to meet different people and the environment was job friendly. My manager was very far to every one .

Great Place to work

Good benefits, on-time salary, incentives, and every month there is happiness day.But in terms of schedule, there is split schedule which is not good.. and most of the time OT because of busy days like sale.

Productive and happy workplace

The work is so easy to learn.Great co workers .managemnt will treat you like a family.weekly meetings for more improvement. The salary is always on timeAlways have recreational activities Hr and managemnt are always listening to its employees.Annual leave and air fare ticket is fine.Insurance policy is good

Stressful

In store management, they do not have work appreciation... Standing long hour does not mean great customer service, it will destroy your health and you will get joint and back problem as soon as you aged.

it was fun and the managers ive been work with are very kind and lenient-allowing you to learn and know all the process.

hardest part of the job is when there is a lot of workload but less staff and at the same time demand a customer service and 100% staff on the floor.-enjoyable part is when we have an activities just to cheer the team up.

Fun to work with

In this company it is fun to work with they have friendly people around, accommodating i think its one of the good thing that manager start and pass into team leader until to the staff. Celebrate birthday, team building, annual party but the downside is low salary

Landmark group is a good company, they pay salaries on time and you get all the benefits. They they care about the well being of the staff and the working conditions are good.

very low salary,had the same salary for 5 years,management in our restaurant only cares for profit they even extend working hours just to have more profit without thinking the employees are already tired

Friendly and good environment to work n believe in team work.

Overall experiencing Landmark group is great, it is stable n well named company where take care of employees and respect all different cultures and ethics.Get the chance to learn in team work, company pays u on time.
