Great learning experience
Ysl provided a great learning experience. But you do have to work a lot under pressure. Sometimes there can be internal politics within the company but overall it was good.

Good company to work
Work-life balance, they organize constant events and trainings. On the other hand, as trainee you don´t get job stability nor visibility on a full time role.

No value for people
The company highly depends on the innovative pipeline, without appreciating individuals efforts in impacting the business. The company doesnt invest in people
