Reviews about Pay & Benefits for Associate Director at KPMG
Management is in flux
Associate Director (Former Employee) - Montvale, NJ - August 1, 2019
Current management is in a state of flux. Jobs are being relocated out of the domestic USA . Hiring at certain offices is frozen. New hires are being capped to 50% of salary ranges and as such appropriate talent is hard to find and keep

Most enjoy working with a wide range of businesses from multinationals to smaller, local companies and an opportunity to develop my management and leadership skills. Also likely to be opportunities to work at an international level.

Dallas HRSC
Associate Director (Former Employee) - Dallas-Fort Worth, TX - January 14, 2016
I worked for KPMG for many years before moving into the HRSC. The executive leadership is in New Jersey and is narcissistic and has personally destroyed the careers of several leaders within the HRSC organization and they were forced out of the firm. The entire organization is run based on the personal whims of executive leadership and has had an overall negative impact.
Leadership in the Dallas office has become fearful and neurotic because of the executive leadership. Local leaders have sabotaged those who work for them, for personal advancement, to appease upper leaders, or to redirect attention away from their lack of leadership.
Many productive workers have found themselves out of a job due to leadership, working in conjunction with HR, to eliminate those who they see as competition to their personal advancement. Leadership is not above shifting blame from themselves to another while seeking to appear blameless.
The HRSC has a lot of leadership changes and personnel conflicts that negatively impact overall productivity and the work environment.
The culture of the Firm seeks to grow individuals and has excellent benefits. It is a shame that the HRSC and HR organization doesn't adhere to the rest of the firm's philosophy.
