Brush up on your knowledge of the companies many projects, and try and go beyond cliche answers of how you would be different as an employee or more productive here. The company gets a lot of applicants who regurgitate the same information in their interviews that you can easily find on google. This doesn't demonstrate a passion to work here or the attention to detail necessary to do well in an interview. The interview process varies depending on who interviews you. Like in most companies, sometimes the interviewer guides you through the questions and sometimes it's a stress interview, like the type used at most development companies. Prepare for both.
