It can be good enough if there will no favoritism and corporate politics. If an employee is doing a remarkable job he should be appreciated instead of doing favoritism, and management should be engage more into the floor to resolve such problems.

small amount can cause a snowball that will effect a companys maintaining monthly sales.

What is the best part of working at the company?the best part is the salary, because it is a only company that gives me more than i expect. as a college level only, recieving more than 3k is a big help for my cost of living. i work seriusly with the company because its give me more benefits than my previus company. but, as a introvert versatile job seeker, as my experience between restaurant and retail store, they are not far ratings interms of salary, but the most hard work is chef compare to sales. i am hoping this company will provide a property manpower not only thinking for profits. double triple your profits are enough, just think the staff how working hard they are 1 person can work with a 6 brands. and dont believe all the system and apps you use are perfectly useful, because at the end of the day it is depend how the staff input the correct wastage and the variances. for all the chef and the restaurant staff i am hoping goverment will impliment a per hour rates specially who are working at the night shift. working at the restaurant is the holds not by the staff. busy hour you cannot just go home when a shift is finish when if its busy. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?every work have stress. unless people are only fetching the open ground. theres no stress on that i think..What is the work environment and culture like at the company?family happy invironment and respect is the best part. What is a typical day like for you at the company?week days. 2 days off and day job

Toxic and Uncultured

What is the best part of working at the company?Had the worst exp of my life working there. Uneducated and under educated manager being promoted based on old promises and language. They don't have analytical skills at all...... culture is very bad. This implies to operations. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Dealing with Dimwit managers..What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Toxic... they want horses with blinders. No logical talks..What is a typical day like for you at the company?I enjoy my work with my team. And involved in daily ops which tend to get very busy at times and stresfull

"Go The Extra Mile – It's Never Crowded"

Kitopi is an extremely fast-growing company and a wonderful place to work! The CEO truly cares about each individual, welcomes and supports creativity. The culture at Kitopi is the best I’ve ever worked for and every one is authentic and loves what they do.If work-life balance is your priority then working tempo can be tiring for you. You have to have the right mindset before joining a fast-growing startup company like Kitopi and have to adapt to its speed.
