We work on a shifting schedule. Everyday is always a new learning when it comes to handling customers. management has been considerate to its employees. Every job has its difficult aspect, it is up to you on how you'll be able to cope up with it. I find it difficult if you'll be assigned to a location far away from your family but the company has been considerate enough about these matters. Learning new things and attending trainings has been an enjoyable part of my job.
