bad managers = counter productive sales reps.

high turnover in the company. atleast when it comes to medical representatives who are being fired by sales managers that have rotten there for a long time. These managers are the people that need to be changed.

I have been working at julphar full-time for more than 3 years Brilliant work culture. Your colleagues would be warm. Work is great, well it's in pharma industry, expect the obvious. Production Dept would have a little tough work atmosphere. But Jen, it's expect in all industries
