The Company Owner, atmosphere with different Country Staff are very nice. Group of Restaurants with a different Brands in UAE, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

Fun to work with the staff but the management no

Its so fun working with the staff.But it's always lacking of staff .I learned to enjoy simple things and to have more patience cause it a number 1 you must have while working there.Hoping to see that they will improve things, (that's what they planning)and to train there Managers well because it's a shame that the team members is more capable to them.

it's fun to work with in this company. it's fun to deal with our guest are so nice and very fun as well. we near at the beach so it was so relaxing as well even we are on a fast-paced. you'll meet different people from different places also cause mostly our guest are tourist.

Exploitative Work Culture

Management treats employees as disposable. Salaries are low, but paid on time. No transport fees provided for traveling employees. No annual salary/position growth, no work-life balance. All employees are expected to be reachable at all hours of the day, no weekends.

Fun and play a ping pong with a customer

In this company there concept is to be the number 1 in uae not as a burger joint and among this all the product is there own creation and they don’t want to franchise with anyone. So I like the most is the environment create by the company is locals feels like tourist and tourist feel like locals.
