VMy experience working in ICE was not a very good one. Very low salary, no benefits, no job position, too much driving, and cooking Every week or every month is a different client(s). Driving all over the city, north side, south side west , northwest etc no compensation if involved in an accident Driving from work. No possibility of advancement at work.

Unless your a relative in the company you are not going anywhere and they wont help with anything. I gave this companies several years of my life just to be discarded for complaining about working conditions.

Fun place to work bonuses after receiving ur daily goals. Insurance was decent but very expensive. The manager played favoritisms with the team. But if you worked hard you can get some nice size bonuses

Bad company to work for

The company dont care if there employees do drugs on there brakes. Poor management , supervisors don't care about any one or anything. Parts are not cut rite .

I started my day with defining tasks for myself and my managers.
I started at the office, solved current problems with clients, prepared presentations for new clients and went to them to negotiate.
In the evening we gathered as a team, and discussed all the successes and failures of the day, planning the next day.

Terrible management

Job itself is not hard anyone with common sense can can do it. Management is terrible and very very old fashion. They are all about saving money and cutting cost. If you suck up to the management and show up when they need people to work they will like you and treat you well. If you do not suck up to them or help them when needed they will kick you aside or even cut your hours when possible.

Management works you to the bone and then punishes you for becoming burnt out. Once you fall out of favor you will get no hours until you quit. Not a good organization.
