Good to work with. Overall, it is a nice company if you begin your career. Nice accommodation. But you live with a roommate. Below average meals. Difficult to get a promotion. Low wages. Nice people overall. 5 start hotel. Discount on its restaurants.

Respectful of workplace work conditions and job.

Each day is different and joyful. The guests are always happy with understanding. The problem I have is that the hotel is grossly undervalued in terms of guest demand for services and the room prices paid.

Good and Bad

Liked the job . Enjoyed the guests, best part of the job. Did not like management. They treated the employees pretty badly. Pay was horrible. Worked holidays with no holiday pay.

Amazing work culture and office environment

The Job itself is pretty straightforward and basic. What I found memorable was the culture of friendship between co-workers of all ages and backgrounds. Management really gave importance to that aspect of the work environment, and that was enough to lighten the stress of working day in and day out.

Pros

Lots of events, Empathetic and caring management, Great office environment, Top-notch facilities and office amenities

Cons

Compensation was not very competitive unless you qualify for bonuses.

Fun and relax

Company nice and Productive. Good in service. Nice people around. And can communicate to the Guess and visitors around and inside the hotel. Restaurant. Office. Lobby and all of that are Team work with high standard

overall very cold

I personally worked at IHG intercontinental Berlin and it is safe to say that the environment is just plain cold. a lot of pressure the management is just in their own bubble and if you are not what they want you to be they will get rid of you in less than 0.5 business seconds

Productive and Great Company

The pay isn’t enough to sustain my overall needs. But, i’ve learned a lot especially in customer service during my employment. It improves my learnings with hospitality industry

In 3 anni sono riuscita a diventare IHG Loyalty Champion (poi chiamato Experience Champion) e poi trainee duty manager. Però è da dire che ero a Londra, non so se in Italia sia lo stesso. Tanto lavoro ma anche tanto divertimento con i colleghi. I manager tutti amici!

It was great working here and there is alot of learning opportunity .meeting a lot of important people and going for seminars to advance my career. They were amazing

Worst job experience to date

Management excels at finding loopholes to get out of paying employees fair wages, loopholes to get out of providing a safe work environment. They find all loopholes to get out of treating their employees and customers with dignity and respect. Worst employers I’ve ever encountered.

Friendly staff and nice rooms

Friendly staff and nice rooms but management lies about the hours promised. Don't expect to get full time work. Wish I hadn't been lied to. Now I have to look for another job.

Fun and nice

I worked here in 2018 and i had a great time, they allow you to move to better places in the company and they train you a lot so you can have enough knowledge.They have a set schedule and the working hours were not bad.

Ok

Management catered to owners unrealistic expectations and did not allow for senior management to run the hotel as they saw fit.Hotel was stagnant because of that

Nice hotel to work for. Learned a lot. They have good benefits for employees and the management is great . The only bad side the really bad pay .Overall good
