Accommodations food

Accommodations cafeteria food not good because food not cook properly and accommodations to hotel bus travel aslo not good other benefits 1 st class there provide Gym and summing pool

Nice place to work

Really love working in IHG, they will give you room to grow. All is good, in my opinion having a good Management is the key in able your staff stay longer, we have to admit our employees are the one who’s giving us business.

I don’t advise anyone to work there, you will be loaded with tasks, since there is always a short of staff, the salary is the lowest in the region, the staff canteen is the worst ever, the accommodation is average

Good company overall

Good to work with. Overall, it is a nice company if you begin your career. Nice accommodation. But you live with a roommate. Below average meals. Difficult to get a promotion. Low wages. Nice people overall. 5 start hotel. Discount on its restaurants.

Fun and relax

Company nice and Productive. Good in service. Nice people around. And can communicate to the Guess and visitors around and inside the hotel. Restaurant. Office. Lobby and all of that are Team work with high standard

Intercontinental hotel is a hotel tht has helped me grow alot fr the period I have worked here...it tends to encourage us to work hard n achieve more then our expectations hence them recognizing staffs who do more than expected and delivering the true hospitality of intercontinental brand

Working with IHG ,Great opportunities ,All the activities IHG Will follow ,training and facilities excellent,G.M ,H.R,Departments heads are more supportive on the workplace ,training and other activities . unfortunately unable to continue the job ,Now i am looking for the same Hospitalizes group .

fast paced and busy

good company but bad management,no job security, less pay,but one of the best accommodation in dubai( hotel field).salary is very less and some restaurants have good tip.overall its fine

Productive and fun working place, with very experienced team members and board members

Working hours are very routine at all times, and duty hours are very respectful with safety norms, dress code, and personal grooming at all times. The management is very collaborative and helpful to every employee at all times, and the poses one of the best health insurance coverage in the entire UAE .

The best employer ever

Great Hotels Guest Love... the theme it self shows the way the Guest and Employees are treated... Amazing company and great work culture....overall it was a very satisfying experience with the Hotel company and would love to recommend anyone who would like to join.
