We used to held Management development workshop every two years or so at some resorts where we had Fun and learning, presenting papers to fellow Managers. It was purely an Arabic culture environment but office language was English. The good part of Job is that all communication and issues were resolved through written communication followed by agenda base meetings as the CEO was very professional in resolving issues.

Nice employee

The company was nice to work with the people was pretty cool and the management was alright the hours of great I can work anytime I wanted to I used to work days evenings shift shift weekends it was all right thank you

Work environment

The co workers was very helpful and believe in team work. The management needs improving. My job was coming in helping to set up the food prep. Knowing what to look for as far as patient care.

Its okay job for what it pays. Could be more for everything they want you to do.

Need to give a higher pay scale and more hours. Everything they have you doing is not worth the pay amount that your given. The job is fairly easy just have to learn to move fast and keep the linen up

Medical management & decision maker

A typical day at work began in morn at 7..With me administering anaestheia to patients for different surgeries. Also included was , later taking icu rounds to manage critical patients along with junior on call doctor Alongside had to teach medical students & give them practical knowledge regarding same in operating room & icu Allthis required managing my team of specialists & surgeons & staff for smooth functioning of operating room hours & time management to benefit patients maximum I have enjoyed all avenues of my job.. Be it administering anaesthesia, managing critical patients ,teaching students & administration of dept. Smile on a patient's face is my biggest achievement

It was a good location for growing and dovelopmant.Learning many new things.Very supportive management.Can be get knowledge in all sections in managing a pharmacy including purchasing.

Learning the Insurance/Marketing business

I learned a lot about how HMOs operate and also how a Marketing department is run. I worked closely with the account reps and also was responsible for monthly updates to the marketing report that was distributed throughout the company.

La consultora trabajaba para el Laboratorio Roche, de ahí , que conseguí entrar en la visita médica a infectólogos, dermatólogos y clínicos de Hospitales e Instituciones para el lanzamiento de un nuevo producto al mercado.

The company was disorganized and feel apart

To much time was spent trying to re-do things that had already been done incorrectly. Not enough focus on patient care
