Terrible management
Dietary Aide (Former Employee) - Providence, RI - November 19, 2018
The manager lacked work ethics, didn't care about other's. Only cared about her friends in the work place. More of a sociable time for her than work. Bad attitude and poor communication skills to employees. She needs to be replaced

Enjoyed working with everyone pleasant and cooperative
LPN (Former Employee) - Portland, OR - November 9, 2018
I arrive at least thirty minuets early to work to get every thing ready to start my day and get report . I learned new computer systems and about new patients. Worked with new management with each new assessment. The work place culture was usually very nice as they were glade to see me. The hardest part of my job was all the new patients learning about all of them. The most enjoyable part of my job is learning about all my new patients and there needs and wants.
Pros
Flexable work schedule
Cons
not sure of work hours each week

Disorientate
Dietary Aide/tray line (Former Employee) - Monterey Park, CA - November 7, 2018
Manager does not know how to spell. Coworkers rely heavyly on other people to finish their jobs. Manager super unorganized. People who work there does not know how to read so thing set on the tray for the patient is wrong and have to be corrected all the time.

The job was fun
Counselor (Former Employee) - Washington, DC - October 27, 2018
I clocked in and went straight to my assigned job. My job was from 2:30pm to 10:30pm, five days a week. I worked with mentally challenged adults in a group home. My duty was to make sure they were safe at all times. I prepared and serve them meals. I took them out to the library. On Fridays I drove them to their dance club. I gave them showers too.
Pros
We shared in their meals.
Cons
We had short breaks

None.

Facility Manager (Former Employee) - Tacoma, WA - October 5, 2018
Healthcare Service, is hired out to clean nursing homes. So we went by the hospital policies. All they cared about was them, not the people they worked with, except people that they want to move up.
Pros
enjoyed the patients, and my employees
Cons
a lot, need to care for their people and help them out.

Not enough supplies to do the job
Laundry/Housekeeping (Former Employee) - Mokane, MO - September 10, 2018
Poor management. Under staffed. Not enough supplies to do a job. No set days off. No raises. No vacations. Brings employees in from other facilities that don’t know how to do the job. Laundry is in the basement and there’s no elevator. Laundry baskets are broke and company won’t buy new ones
Pros
Close to home
Cons
Management

Unfortunately the place where I worked lacked the necessary communication and the proper training. The workplace culture was hostile and people were treated unfairly.

Manager of Housekeeping and Laundry (Current Employee) - Massachusetts - June 30, 2018
Management is not support there Manager some District Manager feel it there way or the highway and do not give raises weather you have a small building or big building. I really like what i do but you are put in a building with problems are they expect you to resolve the problem without there support
Pros
flexabillty
Cons
not many raises, regardless if you have a small building or large building

Work Day
Patient Service Representative (Current Employee) - West Chester, PA - June 4, 2018
Answering the phones, checking insurance on Navinet to make sure they are active, transfer calls to the correct department, print and pull MRI scrips and x ray scripts and fax them to the correct place, send messages back to the doctors or nurse about medication refills, my goal was to make the patient happy and meet all of there needs

Lack of management and poor pay
Training Manager (Current Employee) - Bensalem, PA - May 24, 2018
Raises was never given in 11 years. No upper management support. Everyone for them selfs. I had to work odd hours because they starting pay is 7.25. That made it tough to keep workers
