OverallCould be alot better, doctors nurses and team members needs to work together and not separate. Leadership needs to communicate with staff better, and everyone needs to respect everyone top to bottom and bottom to top.

Dont waste your time working for this company

You are micro managed at this company. As a cook you don't have any freedom making the meal as far as spices and presentation goes. No support at all from management. Critized is all you get. Make you feel like a complete idiot. Mess with your time you punch out for your half hour and they take out another half hour. Lousy company

Fun place to work with amazing people to work with

Love my job! Working with mentally challenged adults Is the most rewarding job you could ever have. The managers and other staff members also make it a great place to work

pretty atmosphere to work at, good hours,great doctors

I enjoyed working there but quickly started seeing warning signs. No Manager but instead every employee tells the doctor who is doing what via text and there is cameras in every corner of the office where he can watch from his office and can hear most conversations also. felt creepy but you can brush it off after a while.

To much work and not enough money To many different supervisors

In five years we had at least 10 supervisors very unorganized supervisor talk to you like your nothing makes you feel unwelcome and they will blame you for their mistakes and you constantly work under staffed It really was a great place to work before Health Care Services took over

Not a good company to work for

The company had poor management, they do not treat the employees fair or listen to our concerns. The employee list the days and times they can work and management will change the employees schedule to accommodate their personal schedule.

Work started in the morning got to wokr set up the csrt did any dishes there went to di ning room to help seeve then went and did dishes learned how to do dishes

Productive and a good atmosphere

It was a friendly place to work at where everybody helped each other out. Everyone worked together to get the job done. I was very well respected and well taken care of.

Horrible company to work for

Pay sucks if you like cleaning human waste off of the floors walls and beds for little pay then this is the job for you. Do yourself a favor atay far away from this company all they care about is the corporation making money they dont care about employee health or safety

The Managers are messed up and The facilities are even worse they need to fire all the Administrators and department heads they are not worth a grain of salt

Interesting office based setting

An office base pharmacy team UR. No direct patient contact. Requires ability to sit at a computer terminal review and process clinical data. Intermittant periods of high stress

it's a great company to challenge your abilitys

working for health care services was a great experience. i never thought i would have ever been a manager of any company but they gave me the chance an opportunity, and i must say i did a pretty awesome job. Love the company...

Very understanding management

Nice people to work for very understanding flexible, cooperative, nice pay,Holidays bonus, some places are not nice to work. But most are, just do your time and go home.

Cultural Differences

Most of core staff speak in their native dialect to one another leaving english speakers wondering. Expected to slay Director role, while trainig slow inexperienced RN, act as Facility RNCM and Admissions RN. Owners come and also speak in mative dialect which did not occur during hiring process. Treated poorly by alpha-LPN for reasons unfathomable.

Fun place to work

The most enjoyable part of the job is helping the residents. The hardest part of the Job is that there are many call outs. The management is great which makes the team great.

Hrs.and Pay

Day shift hrs are good, but I didnt work a 8 hr. Shift. I only got about 30 hrs week. The pay is not good.! Very laid back environment to work in.

Its a loving and caring environment.

Healthcare is a contracted company that worked for a nursing facility. The company I worked for handled all cleaning and laundry duties. We were responsible for making sure the nurses and CNA's had all the linen they needed to properly care for each person. We also made sure the residents rooms were cleaned properly.

this company sucks

i had only worked for them for a year and during this time we were without a manager and had people from a different facility come in and they weren't even with the company who ran my facility. Plus i ended up working for more than 110 hours every two weeks for over a month straight with no help coming but they kept cutting hours
