You will get to learn the technicality of the projects your are in to and working atmosphere will be casual as any other company but fast paced project with time limit need to complete the task on time in regular basis and management will support in all aspects. Hardest part is the salary is not on time and 2 months delayed at my time in company.

I enjoyed working there specially my colleagues were very cool dudes.

Enjoyed working there liked their professionalism but at the end it looksa company management doesnt want to expand their business any they are destroying it intentionally by not paying salaries.

Bad experience

Very bad experience in this company , salary pending , no leave settlement , no salary improvement, no security for the job, un professional Management, materials and payment problems with supplier and lot of labor case. Recommending don’t join this company

Not recommended to work with hadeed Emirates Contracting

Not recommended to work with hadeed Emirates Contracting , delay in salaries , bad behaviour with engineers , no system for managment of projects. Problems with suppliers , subcontractors , clients Delay in handover the projects Cash flow problem. Refunds cheques

salary is not on time and also no increment

salary is not time i have pending around 4 salary with this company and i complete my two years but i did not get any increment this the reason i want to left the company

busy place

Just an ordinary day to finish everything in a day. I learned too many like work ethic, multitasking, hard work, time management and socialization with my colleagues. Even though there's a day that very busy but because of the joyful surrounding I can't mind how busy I am.

Every day at work is always a busy schedule because there is always work for you to do. the management and the staff of the company are friendly and also open to advice from their other staff. I learn a lot from the first day I started working with the company till now. working with the company has increased my confidence and also open my eye to others things which ordinary man outside cannot know.

Construction company, with lots of experience staff and engineers

Good construction company, can gain very good experience. Salary delay is there some times, management is supportive and understanding. work location can be any where in UAE.

I personally learn a lot in my designation, sometimes having a hard time especially when I am a newbie to the company. It's fun because staffs and admin people are friendly and helps you in any trouble you are facing.

Good plate form for new persons to gain knowledge and experience in all fields. But only one problem that salary will not increase even you spent 10 years of your life in this company.

Its an awsome and supportive organisation to EHS System

its a good moment when everybody appreciate our work and support to EHS department I learned a lot of management skills in this organisation i dont think so there is any typical day if we love to do handwork the management is very supportive to every department i feel good when i recognize any unsafe work and then solve it

Sales and Estimation department was doing well and at later stage most of the experience employees left the company due to salay and other benefit .

My daily work as a Sales and Estimation Manager , bidding for all tenders, turnkey projects and other steel structure projects as well. Follow up of quotation and negotiation and finalizing the project with clients. Bringing the projects to the company. In the execution part , all the projects are delayed due to improper management and lack of productivity in terms of manpower and other financial issues.
