Overall good place to work

ove going to work and having a good time with my staff. Management here is very good. All managers are very understanding and on point about everyones' job. I learned how important it is to please your customer or guest.

receptionist

work is nice and love to learn new at my hotel for new position of high management, our mangers are nice and always helping , the management is smooth and we develop ourselves from learning , culture is Arabic mix with different culture , hardest part of our job is some guest demanding too much but with explanation , we persuade them , the most part i love is i am dealing with different culture over the world .

Highly tense environment- less job advancement

highly tense environment with changeable decisions from the management and owners. Doesn't have much job security , lot of staff turn over with pressure from the owners to the mangement

Im happy for helping the guest not only Executive guest But all the guest....i give training to my staff every time for how to talk an make the guest happy .

Excellent in costumer service and personal skills

A typical day at work- Changing Shifts What ive learned- Everyday we are learning management- Normal Co-workers- just need to be a team player The hardest part of job- When someone looking only for your mistake The most enjoyable part of job- When you gave your best and make your costumer/guest happy

I was in commie and there had a chance to learn many Arabic, Continental Food.

Good environment to work and learn, Good management and co operation between the co-workers. Time management was the important aspects that we have cultivated from the hotel.

HR and Finance Admin

Excellent, it was more of family, learnt a lot and brought out the managerial skills within me. Manage the admin jobs to work independently excellent management excellent co workers and very supportive not this impossible at work, i worked under pressure enjoyed every work i did and learnt a lot

productive and fun workplace

everyday balance for my work i learned how to communicate to other nationality the management is good my co-workers are good the hardest part of the job is when busy and overtime the most enjoyable part of the job is when your having a team work

everything was just fine .not that much .

Every day was quiet busy because we do have 40 floor and 1010 rooms. I did learn how to handle the busy operations with the shortage of stuff. The Management was always looking for the people from the outside to give high position with good salary.Even through we do have a lot of qualified staff who know more than new stuff and they did suffer a lot. All the co-workers also upset and looking for the new job because of the management.The management was nevercare about the employee. The should cheers us .To give promotion or to increase our salary .The hardest part of the job is not enough stuff to run the smooth operation. The most enjoyable part of the job is always busy.Instead of standing at the reception counter , all the time the guest are standing Que in front of the reception .

one duty one meal. but i love that we do have free internet .

if busy operation no meals break during the duty .sometimes if busy we don't have day off
