They dont have any work culture

They just wanna eat all the commissions by them self and don't let other agents work. They don't pay salaries or Any commission on time. They don't keep there words or any promises.In all they are not the right company and people to join.. If they have a option of give zero here then I would click on that zero only.. I highly recommend not to join this company.
