Associate Affinity Groups
Within Fidelity you’ll find many employee-run networks that bring people together based on shared passions, backgrounds, and hopes for change we can make – together. Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and Special Interest Groups (SIGs) are a powerful form of engagement and development for our people and make a large contribution on the business helping to ensure our products and services are delivered in a welcoming and equitable environment.
AIM (Asian Inclusivity & Multiculturalism) is the Asian employee resource group which is dedicated to promoting cultural inclusion and awareness for our associates through impactful community, professional and social networking events.
Aspire is a company-wide employee resource group focused on the professional and personal experiences of Latinx and Black Fidelity associates. Open to all interested employees, Aspire advances the professional development of our members.
Enable is a company-wide employee resource group focused on creating a positive and inclusive work environment for employees of all abilities. Our mission is to empower all employees, with or without disabilities, to reach their fullest potential through greater awareness and understanding.
Fidelity Veteran Employees (FiVE) is a company-wide networking and support group for military veterans and is open to all interested Fidelity employees.
Impact focuses on driving change by engaging associates in environmental sustainability efforts across Fidelity and in partnership with the global communities for a better future.
Fidelity Pride is a company-wide resource group open to all employees interested in the workplace experiences of our Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer (LGBTQ ) community.
Raise, Working Parents and Caregivers Group, is a special interest group for Fidelity associates who have kids, want to have kids in the future, and/or take care of aging parents – and all things in between.
The Women’s Leadership Group (WLG) is dedicated to the needs of Fidelity businesswomen looking to develop professionally and personally through networking, leadership programs, and volunteer opportunities.
Women In Technology Special Interest Group’s vision is to create, cultivate and coordinate a thriving community of women in Fidelity’s technology organizations and their allies. The group provides resources and events for the WITSIG community, participates in student outreach programs and seeks to make Fidelity a talent destination for diverse technology associates.
Fidelity Young Professional Network organizes activities that engage young professionals and benefits Fidelity by growing a firm-wide network that inspires collaboration, engagement, retention, and morale.

Internship Program
A Fidelity Internship or co-op allows you to build your resume, network, and gain real experience. Our goal as an employer is to provide you with an experience beyond the classroom. This past year, we had over 900 interns across multiple U.S. locations. Co-ops are full-time positions that span between four to six months and typically take place during the summer like the majority of our internships. Top performers may be offered full-time employment upon graduation.
Undergraduate Opportunities
Fidelity offers undergraduate students opportunities to continue learning outside the classroom while exploring various career paths. Many of our programs include on-the-job training or rotational assignments to help you grow as a young professional. We offer programs in customer service, business operations, and technology. For instance, our Leap program includes different development tracks to help prepare you for a dynamic role here at Fidelity.

Sustainability Efforts

Over the past decade, Fidelity’s sustainability efforts have been focused primarily on energy efficiency and resource conservation in our 11-million-square-foot real estate footprint. Spanning all our work is a commitment to four focus areas that we believe are not only business imperatives, but also the right thing to do for all our stakeholders. These focus areas are:
Climate Change - We will continue to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions by expanding our use of renewable energy, with a dedicated focus on reducing carbon. At the same time, to build climate resilience, we are proactively planning for the increasing unpredictability of climate variability and long-term climate change.
Resource Efficiency and Conservation - We will continue efforts to increase resource efficiency within our real estate operations by reducing potable water consumption, increasing energy efficiency, and reducing waste and paper, thereby alleviating pressure on natural resources.
Stakeholder Engagement - Through Impact, Fidelity’s Special Interest Group focused on environmental sustainability, and in partnership with Fidelity Cares and others, we will partner with communities to advance sustainability priorities and advocate for public policies that align with our objectives.
Investment Stewardship - We will enhance the transparency of and reporting on our unique approach to integrating ESG considerations across our products, services, and investment decisions.
