Very high stress

The senior I worked with was not at all understanding and was dumping all the clerical work on me. He made work during weekends and also till 10-11pm and even later some days as an intern. Very bad experience.

Fast-paced, lots to learn

Working in audit with EY provided exposure to the biggest clients in the industry providing exceptional learning opportunities, although compensation and work life balance could definitely be better as the work entails long hours.

Good experience and exposure to different industries

A good place to start a career as have good training programs, experienced staff to learn from. A good brand on your CVThe downside are the long hours - however you would expect that in consulting. Some elements of favoritism in the office

Pros

Good place to start a career

Cons

too many politics, no work-life balance

Challenging but pays off well in longer run

Very good for growth. Pays off in the longer term if you believe in the mission. Management is very supportive. Package I totally may not be so good at the start.
