it is a fast working environment and you will able to learn more year by year and you will be given a chance for a career growth.

i learned so much in this company, HACCP and anything of safety protocols, i also enjoy working with the peoples from different country you will be able to connect with their culture..

Pros

they pay overtime, free transpo, free accommodation and insuranc.

Cons

it’s overseas so you will miss your family.

It was stressfull of work

Its really very stressfull of work , no support from the management ,there is no process followed by management . they will transfer you with out information.

I had an experience in the filled of enoc and tasjeel was a very confronted company that they had us work hard and hard with the system and they had us work with other systems

This company is good you can learn things that you dont now like cash handling, good salary ont time.. for the benifets if you want too go for vacation they will give you fligth ticket after two years.. and free accumodation.

How do you alllignment the motor pump

I know motor pump laser allingnment And working site good and I am using for spanner hammer some material used and I know the two vertical and horizontal pump motor alignment

Not at all bad

Not a good working condition, especially the during the summer time ,you have to work under the sun and highly temperature condition,,and side effects of petroleum products

productive and fun workplace

I have learned Customer service and communication skills. Customer service is the care that a customer receives before, during and after a purchase. Good customer service is friendly and polite, and puts the customer first. It is very important in creating loyal customers but may well place great importance on customer-related as 'good client management skills' or 'the ability to build constructive relationships with clients' but essentially it boils down to customer service. Having experience of dealing with customer complaints and queries can give you useful examples of your problem solving and communication skills. Commercial awareness. This is also sometimes referred to as customer or business awareness, and any retail work experience is a great opportunity to develop it. Working under pressure. I have to stay calm and keep smiling as a big queue built up.What steps did you take to try and make sure customers weren’t kept waiting? Try to think of examples of how you coped at particularly busy times and how your attitude and approach made a difference. Working in a busy team. A supportive team ethos on the shop floor helps to create a good atmosphere for customers. Successful retail businesses depend on different teams working well together, so think both about your role in your team and how others in different teams depended on your work. Did you take part in team meetings and, if so, what did you contribute? Time management. Good time management is an important trait for the majority of graduate jobs and one that recruiters find very appealing. They want employees -

Friendly and helpful team of people who work together.

The internship at ENOC was an amazing experience since it allowed me to see into the real world of business and work. The staff were very friendly and helped me throughout my week at the Communication Department. I have learned how to work in a team, organize information and prepare upcoming events. The workplace environment was one of the best I have experienced so far. The hardest part of the my job was to be able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. I really enjoyed attending a special conference between the departments and witness the teamwork that all of the staff had between each other.
