Awesome term and policy. Challenging role I can grow my career in dnata I was work in costumer service agent . It good fun role when I meet new costumer I was talk with them , help them , and mostly I am represented my company there I was feel proud . Because Dnata is worldwide company and it’s biggest company with awesome vision ,mission and value.

The experience was fantastic.

What is the best part of working at the company?Safety culture is one of the best part of dnata. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Nothing! Very professional staff well trained. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?dnata recognize first time safety culture in company. What is a typical day like for you at the company?Never in normal days but unfortunately during COVID-19, those days were very typical.

Nice job & always deferent location deferent sechvation always challenging job

It's a 12 hours shift, loading and off loading and with safety push back the aircraft on time.I have gained many experiences and learned many things. It's good and comfortable management systemIt's a hard and tough job and you get a lot of responsibilities.The extreme hot weather,fog and windy days are the hardest part of the job.When you finish and all the stuff members sit and have good time with each other is the most enjoyable part of the job

I completely review the information at 90%

According to my situation at Dubia airport the situation is risky because there is no job security and alot of work almost 12hrs per day and night. At Dubia DXB airport the company give more allawance especially in holidays like Eid period public holiday and also pay overtime accordingly. Dis-respect of the bosses while at duty times it's also a problem. Discount in ticket saling for staff passagers. Provision of unform as fully. Provision of transportat facility.

I have worked for dnata as Equipment operater for 8 years at dubai airport it was a amazing and wonderful organization i really enjoyed with dnata because attractive salary with other benefits like air tickets you will have different kind of tickets Medical benefits transportation annual package with bonus i recommend to all job seekers if they want to enjoy with work kindly join dnata because it's a friendly and helpful organization with Excellent management

Good Work life balance, Engaged senior management and great culture

The culture is great! This is the only company I’ve ever worked for and after 5pm no one sends emails. Everyone respects your personal time. Management was very engaged and encouraged time off and travel.
