Poor compensation work life balance

I was underpaid for the role I was hired and had no leaves approved by management for 3 years. I had extensive working hours everyday along with 6 days working. Wasn't paid overtime for public holidays.

Very unprofessional and unethical culture of working in Banking Segment

Based on my overall work experience and period of service with them, I personally found that it is not a professional place to work for both Jobless as well as career oriented candidates. We are taught how to play with the employees sentiments diplomatically. Management has a very common practice of manipulations in salary /employees labour rights and unprofessional way of managing day to day business activities. Employees leaving because of frustration & toxic work culture from are not getting smooth exit. Employees separation process are dragged with the intension of not paying their entitled dues on time, thereby forcing the employees to claim their rights through legal process.
