Bad management

very bad company:1 bad management 2 Not following the rules of 3 Obligation to pay 5,000 thousand dirhams in training compensatinn4 if any project left the company the will terminate the agent 5 Delaying visa work for new employees and inflicting fines on them

You can see the face from reception

Receptionist is arrogant and impolite. Doesn't know how to greet and so rude. So first impression is that the company isn't really good at all as per others review. But maybe good for starters. A receptionist without manners that is the face of their company.

A good start and good environment

Salary is too less if you want to be stable. Career wise, it will take a while for a promotion. It was fun working there because the of the place and the people around.

cupola is a good place to work to but no benefits with salary the management isn't good that much there is some rules which isn't fair for the agents.

there is no fun places to spend with and Nothing to be offer to the employee also it is a good place to work in cupola with less pressure working for more than 2 years now

Fun Work Place

Cupola Teleservices in one BPO company in UAE which holds load call center project for reputed companies. During my 5 year of working i have learned and polished my skills. I have learned to deal with customers over the phone & every customer calls us important and providing with accurate information & 100% satisfaction. Hardest part of job dealing with angry & dissatisfied customer. Working and developing teamwork & mind set makes the work most enjoyable.

cupola is one of the best companies that ive worked in but they have two issues; the weak salary they give and the policy of the 5000 AED fine they apply upon you if you decided to leave before completing 1 year but regarding the other sides everything is great about this company.

Normally respond to customer inquiries with the products and services of RTA Dubai. We provide the client with all the information needed with regards to Licensing, Metro Rail, or any concerns relate to RTA Dubia, We resolved any complaint and perform other duties assigned.

Fun place with nice people

It’s ok if you are looking for a job and not welling to improve yourself. It’s not going to take you anywhere. Poor management with a poor hr. But most of the agents are nice.
