Great place to work and learn about coffee.

Costa coffee UAE provides you one of the best place to work, learn and grow.I have joined this company in 2015 as barista.That time I didn't even know the difference between cappuccino and latte and currently i'm working here as a store manager, this kind of training costa provides.

Happy when working

Costa has a good reputation on a systematic, and incremental performance review.

Emirates Leisure Retail has the most progressive career growth. They have monthly reviews that tackle performance of team members. My stay in this company has huge part in my career improvement.

The most enjoyable work

Everyday there would be a lesson to takeaway either to your colleagues, customers or Boss. What I like about my job is you interact with different kind of people, different culture, different behavior and different perspectives in lives. Which somehow helps you to grow and help you to have connection to other people. And that's funny because you became friends outside work.

It's a good place to work and has good Learning atmosphere,But salary has the biggest issue over all , employee meal is expired food from outlets

They Should improve on employee Conditions by providing good Salary incentives and Meals for those staying in accommodation,it's a good Company But the Management Culture is not good for the Employee Welfare
