Lot of fun at the work place.

The company gives a lot of flexibility and rewards and recognition. However, there is not much personal support. If you do things by yourself it is perfectly fine.

A valuable learning experience

Continental Financial Services is a company that provide clients with a personal service to best assist them with their savings and insurance policies. I found the company to be a vibrant and exciting place to work, with very high targets and a competitive atmosphere. I was very new to the industry, but felt that the training provided was helpful and enabled me to dive straight into work quite quickly. Although I did not feel that my skills were suited for such an intense environment, I did learn extensively about the industry and my sales training was extremely valuable when going on to work in Hays recruitment.

worst place I've worked

This company claims to be a family oriented company but it's not at all it is just a money making machine where the employees get taken advantage by the small mafia of the management. going from the HR lady to the Bosses right hand. and the worst part is that the main boss doesn't want to understand what is going on. there's no salary or benefits no job security if you don't meet your unreasonable targets and if you DO meet them good luck next year your target will shoot up high management is horrible the mafia kills the environment
