For me it's great apportunity and I have learned lot here and specially manegement is very friendly with staff and I have done my 4/5 years work was like very happy and fast it's very good

Very good experience

I have been working in Concorde for almost 4 years, it was good environment and strong experience there. Good team work and good management. I liked the work there I always I remembered the good time I spend

Great workplace

Thank you for all of the opportunities this company has provided me which helped me grow professionally as well as personally. Awesome people to work with, always ready to encourage and support you. I like everything about my job, my colleagues are very helpful and so is my manager. If you are looking for a bright career, this is the company for you.

Worst mannagement, worst system (not only in fujairah but allover in united arab emirates

Just don't work there if you have the possibility not to work there (I mean nobody will kill you or your relatives) than don't work for them. Extra hours should be included in the duty hours because it happened every day. Management is very rude, impolite and always does everything against you. Every single mistake they try to convert as the benefits and profits to the company. In other words they try to make staff pay for every single thing. No respect for spare time and even time for sleep. Your manager can call you anytime but for nothing important.

A 5 star property ruined by 5 jokers and turned into a circus place

If i could give NO stars, i would.!! I had the most unforgettable experience here that completely mentally screwed me up by their stupid and illegal rules and regulations. The management at the Concorde hotel are just a pack of bullies. They do not care for you well being, the staff are treated like slaves and it is a very toxic work space. No one cares about you, you are treated as a number and the amount of bull you have to deal with/go through is absolutely ridiculous for the low wage you receive. DO NOT DO IT

no accurate decisions

got hard to adopt because of everyday changes most specially we are in operational department,but things to do must really understand the situation and positively work even lack of information.but In my 4 years working with concorde hotel i can say that they really appreciated my dedication to my work

yes its productive and privately owned but we all no its seasonal and depending on business.

it has been awesome and i would have loved to continue as i have a GM who carries everyone along but as i have considered my career i have to improve and learn more things in our world that is fast growing by the day.
