The training consisted of three days. After that I was working on my own. I was responsible for the German market and had to compare job adverts with the keyword given from the candidate.

Unorganised

Extremely unorganised. When swapping campaigns, my dates were changed 3 times without any reason. Managers don't know what's going while training is taking place. Very bad overall experience

Too many changes, they provide equipment but it's very dated and slows work performance high turn around

Manager changes every few months. High turn over rate. Policies can change dependent on the client. Micro management. My sales are wonderful. My customer surveys are great. But had many technical issues due to outdated equipment given. Some supervisors understand. Some are allowed to choose not to. Get sick. Some supervisors allow a medical note. Some do not. These should be consistent policies within.a company not per manager. Schedule changes are also constant. Other from that, good pay.

Great organisation. Friendly nature

So nice and friendly nature. Cool envoirnment. Helpful top level managements. Location of the office is also very nice. People can start there career from here.

Customer Service

I worked as Customer Service Representative, which includes customer queries along with sales with the customers residing in USA via chat or call. I work for AT&T. It is usually night shifts. The hardest part of the job is sales. The most enjoyable part is to talk with different customers, which i love doing that. Also, to resolve customer concerns and to have a smile on their face.

Productive Staff with Good Company

-Night shift -Being Flexible at work , Multitasking, Good performance -Supportive Management -Fast pace organization, night shift -Shifting of schedule and time at work -Company giving recognition to a well deserved employee by incentives and commission.

Management - Making trophies out of your opportunities

Being a manager means handling all types of agents.Its a pride to see that I was able to promote people through motivation and encouragement. Its a challenge but it you would be able to see that you are part of their accomplishments, then its all worth it. Been with the Call Center Industry for almost 12 years already provides me all the tools and skills that I need to motivate people,

Skills and knowledge in speaking "English" is a must.

The training on this company was very tough. Everything was detailed. They have provided their employees all the benefits from medical insurances to allowances.

productive and fun environment

Convergys baguio is a good work place . I worked as floor support and a TIP POC .. I start my work by doing floor walk and by checking that all teammates are already log in . Then check my email and generates my reports afterwards. The management team is very supportive and its a fun environment .The hardest part of my job is taking supervisory escalation due to dissatisfied members. I enjoyed coming to work cause my workmates ad colleagues are very friendly and had fun working with them
