Worst experience in the region

Terminated when pregnant after having worked from 4am till 11pm. No management, manager was sneaky, never being honest. Wrote to higher management and didn’t get an answer. It’s all about who you know and not about results.Avoid at any cost

Leading Luxury Retail Group in the GCC

Loved working at Chalhoub- exciting projects, amazing collection of brands and to top it off over 200 nationalities with 13,000 employees. Great place to test one's mettle.

my work experience in a luxuxry world

In my previous role role as a sales assistant for Chalhoub Group I had many achievements and opportunities to learn and discover Dubai life in terms of hospitality and customer service as well as a chance to meet, serve and learn different people from different fields of occupation such as media celebrities, famous designers, politicians and diplomats all over the world. I have improved my skills in team playing, being a part of the team with 35 different nationalities working together, I have discovered and experienced variety of cultures, traditions and world-understanding. I had great colleagues and we had nice memories together working as a great team,as a family. My managers were always next to me whenerver I needed help in order to improve my sale skills,technical skills and bring good sales for our company.

Productive and Well Accomplished!

A typical day in my company was I fulfilled management tasks of launching our first new menu when things were not in place. I completed various administrative tasks as well as ordering of ingredients just in time for the opening.

had a great impact professionaly, gained a great reputation among retailers

its good company to work for. providing start trainings, respect the low and act accordingly. Learned a lot about customer service, and how to approach guests. Give you freedom to be professionally casual with the customers and have your style. Give product knowledge but leave a room for your own curiosity. Really happy with team, they are hard workers and respectful one to other. Hardest time at work during sale time, traffic is times bigger. The most enjoyable time, when u get guest whom you helped and it matters, their happy face expressions and sincere gratitude. It makes you feel you are in your place. Really respect my line manager, consider myself as lucky person to have him guiding through the way, and notification of your good performances, professionalism and attitude is something what inspire you to be better.
