The company has a strong family culture means you feel that its your second family. Its meritocracy system you work hard get results you get promoted. Only issue is the salaries were low comparing to competitors. Depending on the department you could have a nice manager or though one, mine was so sweet a true leader and role model, gives each one time to discuss despite her busy schedule. Overall it was a good company to work for!

Productive

Best company and cared for it's people welfare. Very supportive in your career. It's a family vision company that treat each and everyone like a family.They offered you good salary to live decent. Owner is generous and humbled. Salute! I always wish to be back here as I was laid off due to pandemic. This is the home that you will miss working with.

A Facade

A very diverse organisation, the negative of this is the inconsistency of the competence levels of middle & senior managers. A business that wastes its resources. Chalhoub has a great facade, looks good from the outside but lacks depth and quality. In terms of health, safety & environment it has a lack of understanding of the function, this is evident in its logistics operation that has accreditation to international standards, however, still remains a dangerous place to work for its employees, because it has an incompetent management structure that does not recognise risk and fails to manage it, making it an accident waiting to happen.

I enjoy every minute to work there.

It was a good company to work for, and you learn a lot, and there's lot of growth within the company, if you need assistance they're there to help you, management is good as well. Meaning they good communication with staff

This is the first time working with this kind of team in the shop, everyday you don’t want to to to work because of them,.

I’m working here in uae for the fast 11 years. I faced a lot of people different nationality, but my experience in this company specially the shop I belong to, it’s horrible. The guy there is in human.

Disappointing Experience, unsupportive Department Managers * Discrimination! & Favouritism At HeArt

-Management values *incompetent People* most of whom don’t bring positive contributions ! - Frustrating experience compared to the Cultures and Values they preach ! * Frontliners are not at the Heart * they were the first ones they decided to get Rid off ! During the COVID crisis when the company decided to lay off 700 staff members to * protect the group and ensure business continuity. A lot of the senior management and different layers have not been touched at all !

Stressful

The work environment was good you can meet a lots of people but the job itself has a lots of stress. But i have learned a lot because they really provide a high standard training for all their employees.
