it is a good company, need more organization then it will be perfect

6 days a week working, have a good facilities, i have learned structural job perfectly from operation manager, i have developed my management and planning skills since I have to do it independently .
also i learned more than i expected since we suffer from unorganized activities.
good relations between stuff members.
