prepare and take approval for Quality documents like PQP, ITP, Technical Submittals, Inspections and checklists etc. and Implementation of Project specific quality plans, manage consultant/client Liaison, Third Party/Authority inspections and supplier quality performance and coordinate completion of QA/QC activities. Perform internal and external audits, Monitor project compliance with quality plan and facilitate preparation of Quality Assurance (QA) plan with details on quality practices, resources and sequence of activities relevant to particular contract/project specification. Establish Q/A schedule for concern project encompassing specific project requirements. Identify audit scope and perform systematic and independent examination of quality activities in compliance with the planned arrangements. In case of serious deficiency during execution of a contract, notify the concern engineer and initiate an unscheduled audit. Identify the specification and test plans. Plan inspections visits TPI (Third Party Inspections) like Thomas Wilberite, TECOM, Dubai Central Lab/other Laboratories and ensure availability of all necessary documents at inspection release and evaluate the third Party results also to perform surveillance activities and monitor production process. Determining significant departures from approved quality plan and other Non-conformance. Upon completion of inspection evaluate findings and issue recommendations detailing corrective actions. I had worked for 5 long years, while company owner and lower staff is good. Salary is on time but no incentives no bonus, no family benefits, no annual increment either.No proper working hours for staff need to work months in night shift, more than 10 hours on normal days and 8 hours in ramadan.Earlier it was a nice company later management became horrible & now its fully changed to relatives company. All relatives work from one country and one place.
