Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedAn okay/average Management, good Job Culture. An okay workplace with rigid work timings and delayed pays. Job Work/Life Balance is difficult to maintain

This company, lived by the saying, fake it till you make it, exept the "Make it" part.
A typical day at work is you witnessing the other half of the workforce giving 150% of their work, and seeing the other half (mostly managers) spend their day with questionable behavior and 0 productivity. I have learned that great ideas, if not well executed, will turn to the idea it was once. The CEO and other C-levels who are at the forefront of attracting investors have no regard for Karma and completely mismanaged what could have been something great. Leaving its employees empty-handed as they had stopped paying salary even before the pandemic happened, while still feeding their lavish life continuing their fake lives. The workplace worshipped those who are visually stunning but really empty at the core. They promote those smooth talkers and continued to let the hard workers unrecognized and criticized.

Sales Executive (Former Employee) - Dubai - September 24, 2020
Working at ASA is like being part of a delusional world. None of the startups or investments are real and cost/ investment analysis just doesn't exist. The founder Arif Saiyad has squandered investors money and unpaid employees and investors are left to bear the burden

Productive and fun place to work
Anonymous (Current Employee) - Dubai - March 12, 2020
Its always been a place to work and enjoy working, its such an open and democratic culture to work which ensure productivity and effectiveness
his stage is critical because it’s the first chance you have to introduce your company culture and establish trust with a potential hire. The candidate experience is also the perfect opportunity to ensure people become advocates for your organization – regardless of whether they join your organization or not. Getting feedback at this stage is a great opportunity to improve both the process and experience of applying to work at your organization.

The company supports startups, supports new ideas and works on the principle of consultation in all matters of management.
As employees, we all act as company partners and partners in success.
