Productive and nice progress

Very good Company in the Gulf Countries mainly in United Arab Emirates, I worked here and they have recruitment in the Kuwait Project management they transfer me .I worked in Kuwait 4.6 years experience and the weather sometimes too hot 🔥 here only one problem but the labour's Law is too good 👍 in this country.

Good produtivity

Arabtec is very very good construction company in dubai no#1company.they have good facilities for the labour and the staff salary always on time never face the probblem regarding to the salary. Accommadion and transportation management very nice

relax place to work

Arabtec is extremely great company the only issue is job security you can terminated at any time on site . company is very professional good highly experienced man power which make the work easy . safety culture is very good but still fatalities are normal :D

Learning school

If u have good ref or link, u can go ahead otherwise just learn in arabtec and go on. Unnecessary managersWrong personnel on wrong placeA lay man can understand that there is politics in arabtec and they take decisions only for showoff. Unnecessary office work, unnecessary hiring of top management. That's y arabtec ( one of the leading company) situation is like a pandolom nowadays.

Enjoyed the Daily Challenges and Growth

I appreciate and privilege to be a part of one of the leading construction company such as Arabtec Contrustion LLC. Working in a construction company as a Document Controller is a very challenging role.Dealing, meeting and coordinating with different people and cultures is not a hindrance to meet our same goals and this helps me grow and be more aware of the important purport of my Job. Day to day basis is an enjoyable moment for me, specially we build a relationship that bond us like a family.
