Over all the sustainable of work is good.but sometimes the work load too much to us to Handle.

I'm protect but not safe in my work place.due to the attitude of my co worker that no concern to others. Also the other associate not doing fairly job to others.

Amazon gives you achance to meet the most tallented youth in Dubai

I have learnt how to operate some machines which before coming to amazon did not have a chance of learning. I have also made many friends and they have helped to open up in terms of asking help where i cant manage on my own .

Productive and fun work. every month there is activities conducted by the HR.

Too much to say, Amazon is a great company to work with and long term company.its not totally perfect but hope the management can be considerate regarding the staff under them.

Productive, quality respectful and fun

Very good because workers are not talked to as slaves but respected and corrected with respect as well as the Companies employing workers for amazon are mandated to pay as at when due. Lovely working condition even during the summer heat in dubai.

Everything was good I enjoy this job But at the last moment they want big car and I don’t have car So if they will give car I will be verry thank full And if they invite me again in the job it will be verry help full for me

Productive aspet Its excellence while the fun catchable

Productive its a very good one during the time I spend b4 I was stop by politics of a new supervisor introduced to the DDB4 plant & allow does who are yet learning to stay & stop me who train the new employed associate .at warehouse how to sort,assigned, stow,etc The funs side of it is very ok playing music while work is going on its keeps our spirits & energy awake especially at night duty its really a fun & am happy & still willing to work with Amazon.com

Good Work Environment

good work environment, friendly co workers. Do not like the customer review stats. Great company to start with for customer service experience when working from home. Training was long, information was thrown at you. But they make sure you have support through chat

Competitive and Stressful

Expect to work 24/7 with no overtime pay. Hard to level up because of a very competitive environment. You need to give blood, sweat and tears to reach unreasonable expectations. Doing just what was in your job description will lead to low performance and termination. You need to do more if you do not want to get fired.

Exemplary salary

Depends on the department you are in, in CS it is stressful and issues with the management. what i love the most there was the salary and benefits. just not sure with the other department.
