Lots of flexibility but no value added work.

Incredible flexibility but always looking at the past rather than future. No PowerPoint as they like to wrote docs. Flexibility bit work long hours at home.

It's five years plus since I entered the company. It's really a nice company with good management team where by you'll have the support at all times wherever you're in need.

Safe place to work

They are very keen on safety and the staff are well taken cared of while on site. It is also very easy to approach HR and you can expect them to do something about your concerns. Almost every kind of trainings are available to employees for self-improvement. Insurance is great. Optical and dental are covered in most hospitals. Amazon is quite organized. Salary is okay, just okay.Forget about work-life balance though. If you're married, goodluck.

Amazing Amazon

I was pleased working with Amazon I learned a lot the way the treat people very welcoming and their salaries are encouraging and have always wish to worked with them and I did learn on how to welcome customers and how to deal with their complaints and how to teach new associate on how to meet their target

Very active place to work and result oriented company with strict adherence to safety measures

Amazon have a better safety measure and encourage all workers to adhere. Amazon workers are very unsure or insecure about there jobs because , the job security depends on how well the company makes sales

Amazon was good for everyone in their company but I lost my father and I want back to my country that makes them drop me ,their shaft are good and safety also is important for every working the allow everyone in the company to share his or her ideas during meetings and sharing of ideas during doing safety save and safety circle
