That really a lot of get learn from Al Shaya really nice place very safe and nice to working as my experience 👍 😀 I working as Sales Advisor since 2006 and chan some brand under Al Shaya to lookind forword motivated my self and the last position was as Admin.

Productive and fun working place

Working at Alshaya opened my eyes to see the worldMeeting different people from different countries with different culture,good interaction eye to eye with the guests knowing their tastes and preference everytime they could walk in you got to remember at least two to three guests names when greeting them and welcoming them.good experience in serving and speed to work on more than 10 guests a day

I work 4 years with alshaya group and feel like a family mamber nice to work all my staff he teach me as par company stranded and learn moor about my self

Fun at work with different culture

Please look after Alshaya old staff their salary & growth, Increment is very slow after 3-4years working no increment, no growth and for new joiners salaries are higher than old employee which is Sad.

Enthusastic workplace.

Enjoyed the work and the team was too motivating. Every day enjoyed with customers serving them. Management was caring about the partners too. To maintain CASA and Shoppe might be challenging to the employees but if you are happy at work will not be any problem.

Salary is good .. Management is good. Split shifts sometimes. But overall is good. Salary is always on time. Sale times are bit longer but still good

Everything was great during the 10 years i spent in Lebanon and the first few months i arrived to Dubai except the last 3 months where it was very difficult to continue the way it was.

Very happy and proud to be a part of Alshaya

I am very very happy for work in Alshaya group. And very proud also. Payement getting on time and getting all allowed allowance getting correct time. Again i like to join with Alshaya. Last year i quit from Alshaya only one reason my father was in critical stage and hospitalised with cardiac arrest.
