A good learning experience

Its been good to learn till now but there is no encouragement in terms of salary till now. The working environment is good and the most enjoyable part is there is good co ordination between us.

updating designs as required to work individually with minimum support or guides poor management systems low diversity regarding the employees and not using expertise from different places , prefer to use their own employee for long time and without improving them with proper training
