Equal opportunity for all employees development

I worked there for quite sometime, salary is below average but they are giving equal opportunity for their employees development.Pros- time management/flexible offs or liue days and time back from overtimeCons- you really have to be very flexible to work longer hours. Overtime is not paid but can consume in hours on the other days

Good work ambiance with complete liberty on decisions related to quality, Supporting colleagues, work allocated as per departments Communication with all concerns involved in biz from Quarries to transportation and port authority. operation tasks involves 24 X 7 coordination and cargo mobilization. identification of high grade quality mines are some challenges faced.

Productive

I learned a lot about the operational audits, investigations, special assignments. Management style is very good and salaries and other benefits are very attractive. Workplace culture is also very good, where everyone focuses on work with a healthy competition.

interesting and very helpful beauty care to everyone

Working as a senior beauty advisor for almost 5 years now was a very good experience every woman wants. Everyday is a challenging day and yet felt excited about what we can achieve at the end of the day. The hardest part was having feedback from customer whose not satisfied with our product, but after that, new learnings begin, we learned from customers feedback and how to deal with it. Learning new things is the most enjoyable part of my job.

Great work enivorment and Culture

The culture of this company is great and everyone I worked with was amazing. The only issue I had was that no further growth. It was bit difficult to get noticed even after a year of being a top representative

A poorly managed company; hardly professional. The employer branding seemed attractive in the beginning, however one soon comes to realize it fosters a culture of backstabbing and deceit; especially on part of senior management.
