Reviews about Pay & Benefits for Cashier at Al Ansari Exchange
I love my nature of job
FCY Cashier (Current Employee) - Sharjah - January 2, 2013
good days are more than bad. Friendly staffs and customers are there. I have learned to adjust to different personalities of different people from different nations. Acquired the good attitude, understand the difference if they seem to be not so good. Management is supportive on their employees to be more productive. Workmates are all my friends. There are hard to handle, but you dont have other choice but to be professional in dealing with them. Hardest part to handle are customers who cant speak english well. Meeting different people will be the most enjoyable.
Pros
maternity benifits, yearly ticket plus one month salary
Cons
working late at night, friday work, no holidays off, low salary

While the only thing you benefit from al ansari is your job security, the stress level and shifting nightmare can be a huge burden.
FCY cashier (Current Employee) - Abu Dhabi - October 10, 2017
Starting at al ansari you would expect average to below average salary, then a very low increment over years, which may seem bad in the long term. You never know where you will be allocated next day regardless of your life status( married, single, with family or without), relocation happens every day in the company. you get a very good feeling of security, since the only people who are being laid off are the ones who abused the company or the ones who wishes to leave.
Professional life and training are kind a hit and miss with most of the staff relying on each others when it comes to circulars and compliance with banks and policies.
Pros
good working environment no quotas or target are mandatory
Cons
one day off per week ( and you don't get to choose it), you may get relocated any time anywhere, little to no overtime payment, increment and benefit are REALLY LOW, HR won't grand you any NOC unless you renew the contract.
