Low growth chances, low compensation, great benefits

Typical corporate environment and structure.Good place to work at, with good benefits but don’t expect high growth and/or great compensation.I worked 10 years in executing the jobs, taking more responsibilities and handling extra work but it didn’t take me anywhere. Got two promotions with only 15% increment which was not even on basic salary so they would not have to pay more bonus because the bonus is based on the base salary.The worst part is their performance rating which is based on directives from HR dept., and the budget allocated. They follow “bell curve” to rate you yearly, and not your actual performance and hard work.

nice place

The work offered was manageable to complete. Management was decently flexible, as long as i completed my work on time I was free to enjoy my public holidays

An average place to work at. Salary is on time, but management in business units is poor.

You have to work 24/7 to protect your job. Workload is immense and is not manageable. However, you get your legal formalities done properly, salary is on time but compensation is less than market value.

No fun in the work place

I had work with good client satisfaction , always support management, no partialities with employees, Time frame to complete the work, when I finished job I can enjoy with team and all public holidays I can enjoy

Toxic work environment

Very toxic environment and bosses dump work on people lower than them.Pay is good it could be better benefits are good too.Management is okay the work life balance is amazing and many breaks in between.Hardest part is handling the hierarchy system here you can get fired due to politics at work which is unfair if you haven't been involved at all so many colleagues lost their jobs like thus

Enjoyed working with a diversified culture.

Worked with lots of nice people and a great team in the Abu Dhabi branch. Worked with good Managers who were really down to earth. Challenging, multi-tasking job, but I learned a lot.

Great place to work, provides opportunity to grow, lots of benefits including discounts and special offers at retail brands under Al Futtaim like Ikea, ACE, etc.

Productive and job was challenging

Hertz alfuttaim and sons was a prestigious company in uae, the company ensure that all bebfits was given to the employees thus the most important is they were giving a trauning 3 times in a year. They are providing complete tools in the area and system was already upgraded

no worklife balance

The management are supportive and good with teaching the important functions and applications of your job. The workplace culture is an adaptable environment in which everyone gets along just fine and respects each others opinion and culture. The hardest part of the job is that where support is needed you are mostly on your own and not much thought is given about the effort put into your work,
