Adnh compass is somehow hard to rate in general because it has different locations that have different cultures and characteristics. However, the common good thing about the company is its corporate responsibility towards employees. On the other hand, the company pays low.When it comes to specific workplace conditions, then it depends on your location. Some managers are good and caring while in other locations, they'd treat you like a slave. They may make the work stressful and undesirable.

It has a long way to go

The company provides great training and great opportunity for those from far countries like me. However their management is disorganized in terms of getting pay on time and handling employee complaints. It comes off as ignorant because they treat immigrants as if they are children. I.e. they make promises and fail to keep them. They breach contract rules so take care to read carefully before signing. The HR is unhelpful.

Team work .achieve goal eye contact work with honestI work in defens (army) every day is difficult to come inside army area because of rules if u dont have gate pass valid .then they will not allowed .

I am working with ADNH since 2015 happy with company .company giving all kind of TBT and .traing. grooming and personal hygiene. always we follow the safe work procedure. reported to management .any incident

Productivity is good

I'm currently working with adnh compass as a cleaner from Last one year Company is good company pays salary on time this is only one thing i like about company but the bad thing is this company will not increase your salary

O enjoyed working here

The workers here are friendly and very professional to work with. My salary fits with my job and our em0loyers provided houses that we stay and also we have food allowances.

Be professional at work,and strict. No fun

At my location , Be professional ,strict and no fun But. I'm searching fun in work only,not without work,, and I'm learning at location ,is always be professional, honest ,transparent when dealing with the client's, costumers and suppliers etc... And also I treat the colleagues fairly and without discrimination, At management , in work is good but not accommodation Working place is good , Salary is not enough to me and my family.. I here came to support my family and my Bright future, Salary is the hardest part of the job , In duty hours are running with curiosity like what is learning I'm daily in location,, That is enjoyable part of my job

No..at work place no fun .only strict at on duty time

When I'll go to duty ,I feel some curious and some enjoyment in work only..I enjoyed in work...not with out work...work is first after anything...but in duty time....I was always be professional, honest,transparent and strict... If any problem with my mistakes..I'll be professional,honest and dignity . when dealing with the clients, consumers, suppliers and colleagues I'm treat the colleagues fairly and with out discrimination I learned in duty ,when dealing with clients with a respect not by the proud.., My hardest part of the job is about salary,it is enough for me and family, I'll come to here for support my family and built a bright future Nothing .. Is enjoyment in duty hours But , Not for me.........my enjoyment is in work only ,when I'm doing work, doing with lot enjoyment not by pressure..... This is the most enjoyable part of the job....

Check the area how many rooms Everyday I do dusting mopping Once a week in do deed cleaning I use machine like scrubbing Cleane the carpet i use machine with carpet shampoo Windows cleaning

In Abu Dhabi National Hotels is good for learning things about cleaning.

I've learned a lot of things in Abu Dhabi national hotels about cleaning and hospitality. To deal with clients and dealing between the staff but for me I want to explore again a new company to share my knowledge and ability in position required.

finding a exciting job that can boost my ability

my typical day in my present job today is okay i always learned different strategies to how to do my job easier for example from heavy job to light job and although the management was not quite pretty and my co workers are quite helpful also the hardest part of the job is the pressure and my enjoyable part of the job is to rest you finish what you do
